Ardenlea is a lovely, modern detached property situated in a quiet area of the small town of Pitlochry, overlooking a quiet park (including childrens play area), but only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, which offers a whole variety of shops and places to eat.
Pitlochry, in the heart of highland Perthshire, is famous for it's theatre and salmon fish ladder. Less than 10 miles away is the spectacular Blair Castle, well known for it's own private army, a great day out for the family, and House of Bruar, a.k.a. Harrods of the North.
This property offers 1 king size bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room with walk-in shower, 1 bathroom with shower over bath, lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a granite worktop. There is also a conservatory which looks out to the garden.
Strictly No Smoking
1 small short haired well behaved dog allowed at an extra cost of £20.
Entry time 3pm onwards. Departure time 10am
